2025 BYLAWS REVISIONS
Starting in 2023, the BPE Committee worked to revise APT's Bylaws, in collaboration with the Board, committees, College of Fellows, and legal counsel.
The committee's primary goal during this revision has been to update the Bylaws to respond to regulatory requirements of the District of Columbia (where APT is incorporated), organizational structure, and roles and responsibilities.
At the January 30, 2025 Board Meeting, the Board accepted the Draft Bylaws. These Draft Bylaws are now available for comment by the APT membership for sixty (60) days.
Membership Review and Comment All current APT members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to review the Draft Bylaws and submit comments. Not a member? Learn how to join here.
Please submit comments by April 20, 2025.
