The Association for Preservation Technology (APT), National Trust for Canada, the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals (CAHP), and the Indigenous Heritage Circle will join forces in Montreal, Canada in 2024, to present a major international conference on heritage conservation entitled Building Bridges: Connecting Places, Cultures & Practices. In early 2024, professionals and students were invited to propose a presentation abstract per the General and APT Student Abstract Submission Guidelines, respectively. Abstracts addressed the overarching conference theme and fit into one of the five broadly defined tracks below.
